These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the c100i platform, including all sports betting, casino, slots, and crash game products available to players in Bangladesh. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.

You Must Be 18 or Older
c100i strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. Registering on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active c100i account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or exploit promotions is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all related accounts.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. c100i supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted under any circumstances.
Fair Play Required
Any form of collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, or other conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage over c100i or other players is strictly forbidden and will result in account suspension.
Keep Your Credentials Secure
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c100i login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. c100i will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.
Terms May Be Updated
c100i reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of c100i after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Section 1
Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise. All defined terms apply equally to their singular and plural forms.

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of c100i is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This is a firm, non-negotiable threshold. c100i does not make exceptions to the 18+ rule under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Registering on behalf of another person, a legal entity, or a commercial operation is not permitted.
- You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of c100i or any of its licensed game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) where such a relationship would create a conflict of interest.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing c100i is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from c100i or had your account closed for Prohibited Conduct. Re-registration following a permanent closure or active self-exclusion is strictly forbidden.
Age Verification Process
c100i applies a two-stage age verification process. At registration, you provide your date of birth and confirm by ticking the 18+ eligibility checkbox. Prior to your first withdrawal — or at any point if our compliance team identifies a risk signal — you will be required to complete full KYC verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your payment method ownership.
If at any stage during the verification process we determine that a player is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold all winnings, reverse all deposits where technically possible, and report the matter to the relevant compliance authority. Any bonus funds or winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.
Responsible Parental Controls

Important — 18+ Policy: c100i enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years for all account holders. Attempting to register as an underage player, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
Jurisdiction Notice: c100i operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform. It is your responsibility to confirm that accessing online betting services is lawful in your location. Self-Declaration on Registration
By completing the c100i registration form, you make a legal self-declaration that you are 18 or older, that you are not a prohibited person, and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete. False declarations may result in criminal liability under applicable law in addition to account termination.
Section 3
Account Registration & Security
To access c100i's real-money betting and gaming services, you must register a personal account by completing the registration form truthfully and in full. The information you provide at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate, current, and consistent with your government-issued identity documents.
One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active c100i account at any time. If our systems detect that the same individual has registered multiple accounts — whether through the same device, IP address, payment method, identity document, or household — all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Any winnings or withdrawals processed through a duplicate account may be reversed. c100i reserves the right to permanently close all related accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your c100i login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes linked to your account. You must not:
- Share your password with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
- Use a password that is easily guessable or reused across multiple online services.
- Access c100i via public or unsecured Wi-Fi networks without additional security measures such as a VPN.
- Respond to any unsolicited email, message, or phone call claiming to be from c100i and requesting your login credentials. c100i will never ask for your password.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. c100i will temporarily suspend the affected account pending investigation. Any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials are your responsibility.
Account Information Updates
You must keep your registered contact details, including email address and mobile number, up to date at all times. Outdated contact information may prevent c100i from delivering security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and responsible gaming notifications. To update your details, log in to your account dashboard or contact our support team.
Registration Requirements
Full legal name · Date of birth · Residential address · Valid email · Mobile number (for bKash / Nagad linking) · Confirmation of 18+ status and acceptance of these Terms.
KYC Verification Triggers
KYC is required before your first withdrawal, when a single withdrawal exceeds ৳10,000, when our compliance system flags unusual account activity, or when you update your registered payment method.
Two-Factor Authentication
c100i strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account. SMS-based 2FA is available to all registered Bangladesh mobile numbers. Authenticator app (TOTP) 2FA is also supported for enhanced security.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
c100i currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account held by a person other than the registered c100i account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit reversal, account suspension, and a mandatory KYC review.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at c100i is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks apply to deposits exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically confirmed and credited to your c100i wallet within 30 seconds of successful mobile money authorisation. Bank card (Visa/Mastercard) deposits may take up to 5 minutes to reflect.
c100i does not charge deposit fees on any accepted payment method. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges, which are not controlled by c100i. You are responsible for reviewing your provider's fee schedule before depositing.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering (AML) return-to-source policy. Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh business hours (9:00–21:00 BST) are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed the following morning.
c100i reserves the right to request documentary proof of the source of funds for large withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your c100i wallet balance.
Currency
All transactions on c100i are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. c100i is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your card issuer.

AML Policy: c100i operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Depositing funds for the purpose of transferring them out without genuine wagering activity (commonly called "money laundering through a casino") is detected by our systems and will result in immediate account suspension, full KYC review, and — where applicable — reporting to competent authorities.
Bonus Funds: Bonus funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus amount being deducted from the withdrawal total. See Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
Section 5
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on c100i are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or crash games. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable product rules. The following general rules apply across all c100i products:
Sportsbook — Cricket & Sports Betting
Cricket betting on c100i covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to a brief odds-verification delay, during which the market may be suspended and your bet re-evaluated at the updated odds. A "bet confirmed" notification in the platform is the definitive confirmation that your wager has been accepted.
Where a match is cancelled, abandoned without a result, or rescheduled to a date more than 24 hours after the original scheduled start time, all open bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to your wallet. The definition of "no result" follows ICC official match rules for cricket events and the relevant governing body's rules for football, kabaddi, and other sports.
Live Casino
Live casino games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Lightning Roulette, and Crazy Time — are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by the provider's official game rules, displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the platform will record the game state at the moment of disconnection. Bets placed and confirmed before disconnection will be settled according to the game outcome. Incomplete rounds will be voided and stakes returned.
Slots & RNG Games
Slots provided by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine all game outcomes. Each spin is an independent event; previous outcomes have no influence on future results. Maximum win caps, free spin terms, and game-specific rules are displayed within each game's information panel. c100i is not responsible for errors in game presentation caused by software bugs from third-party providers — in such cases, the provider's own dispute resolution process applies.
Crash Games
Crash games, including Aviator from Spribe, are provably fair games whose randomness is cryptographically verifiable. The multiplier at which the game "crashes" is determined by a seed-based algorithm that is published in advance and can be independently verified by any player. c100i is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's decision to hold a bet beyond their intended cash-out point.
Prohibited Conduct in Betting & Gaming
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in bet cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of relevant winnings:
- Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not available to standard players.
- Exploiting technical errors, display glitches, incorrect odds, or software vulnerabilities to place bets at non-genuine prices.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate casino game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
- Participating in, facilitating, or having advance knowledge of any match-fixing, result manipulation, or spot-fixing in any sporting event on which you have placed a c100i bet.
- Placing bets on both outcomes of the same market across multiple accounts (a practice known as "arbing" or arbitrage betting designed to guarantee a profit at the platform's expense).
Section 6
Bonuses & Promotions
c100i periodically offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns tied to the Bangladesh cricket calendar (BPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh). All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general bonus conditions.
Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x") applied to the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal.
Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets on cricket and football at odds of 1.50 or above typically contribute 100%. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Crash games contribute 50%. The exact contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
Bonus Abuse
c100i uses automated detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal real financial risk, registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and making deposits solely to trigger a bonus with no genuine intent to play. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance voided and may be restricted to non-bonus play or permanently closed.
Expiry of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds and free spins that have not been used, and wagering requirements that have not been met, within 30 days of the bonus being credited will be automatically expired and removed from your account. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Real-money balance is unaffected by bonus expiry.
Welcome Bonus
New c100i members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Full terms — including the minimum qualifying deposit, bonus percentage, wagering requirement, and expiry date — are published on the Promotions page. Only one welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
Seasonal Promotions
c100i runs campaigns during BPL season, IPL season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26) and Victory Day (December 16). Each campaign has its own specific eligibility criteria and expiry dates published at the time the promotion goes live.
General Bonus Rule: Only one active promotion may be claimed at a time unless c100i's promotion terms explicitly state that two offers can be combined. If you accept a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active, c100i reserves the right to remove the earlier bonus including any associated winnings.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension by c100i
c100i reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably suspect that the account has been involved in Prohibited Conduct, if a KYC verification request has gone unanswered beyond the stipulated timeframe, if there is a risk of money laundering or fraud, or if the account holder is in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
During a suspension, the account holder's wallet balance will be frozen and no deposits, withdrawals, or bets will be accepted. A suspended account may be reinstated following satisfactory completion of our investigation and any required verification steps. If the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be withheld in accordance with our AML and fair play policies.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your c100i account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (after deducting any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
Self-Exclusion
If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, c100i offers a self-exclusion tool accessible from your account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. c100i will notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts after the 12-month threshold. Real-money balances will never be reduced to below ৳0 through dormancy fees alone.
Cooling-Off Period
Not ready for full self-exclusion? A cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days is available as a lighter-touch break option. During a cooling-off period, login is suspended but your account settings and balance are preserved. Cooling-off periods cannot be cancelled once activated.
Permanent Closure Grounds
Accounts will be permanently closed — with no right of reinstatement — if found to have engaged in match-fixing, multi-accounting, identity fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling. Winnings accumulated through any of these activities will be forfeited in full.
Reactivation After Voluntary Closure: If you voluntarily closed your account and wish to reopen it, you may contact support after a minimum cooling-off period of 72 hours. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion arrangement cannot be reactivated until the self-exclusion period has fully elapsed.
Section 8
Liability & Dispute Resolution
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c100i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, hardware failure, or any other commercial loss, even if c100i has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
c100i's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms — regardless of the form of action — shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your c100i account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Platform Availability
c100i makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via the platform notification system. During unplanned outages, any in-flight bets that were confirmed before the outage began will be settled normally when the platform is restored. Bets that were in the process of being placed but had not yet been confirmed are void and stakes returned.
Errors in Odds or Payouts
If c100i publishes odds or game payouts that are clearly erroneous — including but not limited to typographical errors, feed failures, or system malfunctions that result in prices materially different from the true market price — we reserve the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and to cancel any resulting payouts, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled in your account. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors will be subject to account review under our Prohibited Conduct policy.
Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any bet settlement, account transaction, bonus, or other platform matter, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of the disputed transaction, including the bet ID or transaction reference number, the date and time of the transaction, and a clear description of the issue.
Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (BST) and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter in writing to our senior compliance team. c100i is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently in accordance with these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. By registering an account on c100i, you agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
Amendments to These Terms
c100i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal limits, wagering requirements, or prohibited conduct definitions — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via your registered email address or an in-platform notification. For minor corrections or clarifications that do not affect your rights, changes may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of c100i after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Voided Bets Policy
Bets may be voided due to event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, system failure during placement, or confirmed match-fixing. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to your wallet. Void bets do not count toward wagering requirements.
Language of Record: These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall be the authoritative version and shall take precedence over any translated copy.
